WHERE DO I GO TO REGISTER?

Storm FC is utilizing SportsEngine as the Club’s exclusive online registration service provider. All registrations must be processed through this system. New registrants will need to create an account; previous members can log in using their established username and password. If you require assistance contact the office at: 519-941-2517.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET?

If you have forgotten/don’t know your password use the “Password Reset” system located on the lower right side of the SportsEngine login page. Follow the steps to change your password. An email will be automatically sent with a link to reset your password. If you still cannot access your account contact : 519-941-2517.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY CHILD’S SCHEDULE?

You can view all our Storm FC schedules by logging into SportsEngine with your account. Select Family Calendar from the left of your screen.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST MY CHILD PLAY ON HIS/HER FRIENDS TEAM?

Teammate Requests – OMSC does not take teammate requests. Please note that every effort will be made to place siblings, registered to the same division, on the same team.

Team Placements – All registrants who have paid in full will be placed on teams within 4 weeks of the late registration fees coming into effect. Any registrant who has not been paid in full will not be placed on a team until full payment is received. Late registrants will be added to teams as quickly as possible after full payment is received, subject to availability. Registrants added to a team after Division Balancing will be the first individuals selected to move if another Division Rebalance is required. You can confirm the team your child is on by checking the Family Calendar available on the online registration system.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?

Weather permitting, Outdoor House League typically starts in May, while Indoor Soccer Starts In November. See The Club Website for Announcements

Opening/Closing & Picture Schedules – All schedules will be sent to coaches as soon as they are available to communicate with the teams. They will also be posted on the OMSC website –stormfc.ca under House League – Outdoor

WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES MY PLAYER REQUIRE?

The club provides full uniforms for all players registered in our indoor and outdoor recreational programs. Shin guards are mandatory for all ages and all programs indoor and outdoor. Outdoor footwear shall include outdoor soccer cleats. 

No jewelry allowed! Jewelry may not be worn on the field. This includes new piercings. Medic alerts are excluded.

 Hard casts are not permitted. A soccer ball is provided for all outdoor participants.

HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER?

If you are interested in Volunteer Coaching with Storm FC, please choose the VOLUNTEER NOW option in your Family Account on SportsEngine. Volunteers are vitally important to the Running of our House League Programs. Thank you in advance for your dedication and Support!

WHAT IS THE WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY?

Safety is Storm FC’s Top priority. All games will proceed unless canceled at the fields by the convener, the Referee Coordinator or the Game Referee. Follow us on Twitter for updates as they happen.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Refunds/Cancellations – All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the office and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued to the adult/guardian named on the online registration system unless paid by a 3rd party. In the case of a 3rd party payment the refund will be refunded to the 3rd party. No refunds will be given after the Opening Weekend except under the following circumstances:

Should the player suffer a season ending injury (not related to a OMSC program), once we have received a doctors certificate and all equipment have been returned, a pro-rated refund may be issued, based on the date of the doctors note/return of equipment or date of request, whichever is later. Please note – where the injury is soccer related, no refund can be provided as this would cause the insurance coverage to be negated. Such requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?

We are happy to announce that Visa & MasterCard payments can be made on our registration site – office payment is still available, but full payment must be made prior to your child being placed on a team.

NOTE: NSF Cheques – Any NSF cheques will be charged a $25 administrative fee. All replacement cheques must be certified, paid by cash or credit card.

CHANGES TO PLAYER SEOS NUMBERS:

Any rep player who has noticed a change in their SEOS number can disregard it. SportsEngine does this when account changes are made, and SEOS numbers will be based on roster even if they differ from player ID cards.
