Applicants must be 12 years of age or older by March 31st of the current year.If you plan to register as a match official for Storm FC’s 2026 outdoor season, please fill out this form.
Current match officials planning to renew their registration for 2026 should also complete this form.

Note: Ontario Soccer offers three courses for those looking to become registered Match Officials: Small Sided Clinics, Entry Level Clinics, and Futsal Clinics. Ontario Soccer will be releasing referee course information shortly, and we will post all updates here as soon as it becomes available.
Reminder: Small Sided and Entry Level Clinics are only held once a year in the months leading up to the outdoor summer season. By filling out this form, we can help you prepare and ensure you get into a course as soon as registration opens.
